And it is only compatible with Outlook 2003 and above. The disadvantage of using the Connector plugin is that it only works with Outlook and not other email client.

The other method that you can use to download your mail to Outlook is by using POP3. Once you restarted your Outlook, you can start using your Hotmail account using Outlook!
